At STM STYLING, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all STM STYLING tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
